5A7 – Anti-Mouse GPIbα mAb (MVI-1001)

5A7 is a single rat mAb against mouse GPIbα used to deplete platelets in mice.

P3 – Anti-Human GPIbα mAb (MVI-1002)

P 3 is a sub-nanomolar affinity mAb for human GPIbα used to phenotype platelets and for immunoprecipitation experiments. Available both as IgG or Fab. Fluorescent versions of P3 (Catalog No. MVI-1003) can be used to visualize platelets in microscopy experiments.

152B6 is a mouse mAb that blocks RGD-specific function selectively in human VWF.

64C5 – Anti-Human Fibrin mAb (MVI-1007)

Directed against a neo-epitope present in human fibrin but not fibrinogen, 64C5 allows for the quantitative analysis of fibrin generation. It also reacts with mouse fibrin and is available dye-labeled for fluorescence-based applications.

RG34 mAb targets the aminoacid sequence (2593-2813) of human WVF. Used in Western Blot, in combination with RG34, it can discriminate between the proteolytic fragments generated by plasmin and ADAMTS13.
